English Thyme


Thyme English Winter is a hardy evergreen perennial and has small aromatic dark green leaves with clusters of small pale pink flowers. Thyme English Winter (Thymus vulgaris) can be picked all year round and is the classic herb used in a bundle for casserole dishes along with parsley stalks and bay leaf. 


Use Thyme, like parsley as it goes with everything, meat, fish, stuffing, stews, soups, sauces, stock, herb butters, flavored vinegars even in potatoes, tomatoes, with cheese, onions, cucumbers, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, eggs, and rice.
